Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy (born on the 17th October 1992) was born on 17 October 1992, and is an Indian actress. She is a regular as a character in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam movies. The year she was born, she won the National Film Award Best Actress Award for playing the character Savitri. The film also won three SIIMA Awards were also given to her. She also received an Filmfare Award South. Keerthy Kumar's parents are film producer G. Suresh Kumar & actress Menaka G. Suresh. Her initial career path was an actor for children. Then, following a course in Fashion Design, she was back to acting. Her debut lead performance in 2013's Malayalam film Geethaanjali. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). In the year 2015, Keerthy accepted her first film projects that were not in Malayalam and was signed to participate in a variety of Tamil film projects simultaneously. Her debut film came in A. A. Vijay's romantic comedic Idhu Enna Maayam (2015) which was a co-production with Vikram Prabhu, though the film did not perform well in the theater. Because of her hectic schedule, in 2015 she could not choose but to pull out of films which she had already begun doing work, such as Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye or Deekay's Kavalaivendam. She worked in two films in rapid succession with Sivakarthikeyan, Rajini Murugan & Remo. Dhanush was also the leading actor in Prabhu's Thodari. It was delayed since 2015 and reports suggest it would be released in September, 2020 with the name of Janakitho Nenu. Nenu Sailaja (2016), featuring Ram Pothineni as the actor was Keerthy's debut. Keerthy made her debut in Bairavaa (directed by Bharathan) opposite actor Vijay. In the year 2017, Keerthy was on the screen in the Tamil film PaambhuSattai as well Telugu film Nenu Local.
